I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel very welcome. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with two double beds providing ample space for my family. The beautiful view from our room was an added bonus. Additionally, the hotel's location near the famous night market meant we were able to easily explore the local food scene and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. this hotel provided great value for money, with its attention to detail and amenities.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at this hot spring hotel we found on our way to our romantic trip. The decoration mixed the modern with the traditional in a very elegant way. They had great hot springs pools with an authentic Japanese touch, which made our spa experience a memorable one. The hotel's location was perfect, with many nearby attractions and restaurants.

We felt the size of the room was not very generous, and the service quite slow. We had to wait a bit for our check-in, and during breakfast, we had to ask staff to refill the buffet a few times.
